💼 About This Role

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, which means:

You’re responsible for managing your own income and taxes
You’ll be paid only for time-on-task (active time spent working, not idle or on-call time)
You’re expected to maintain a reliable schedule, especially during client hours

💵 Pay Structure (US Based)

We use a step-up pay model during your first 90 days with milestone reviews:

Example:

$15/hour during your first 30 days
$16/hour from days 31–60
$17 hour after 60 days

✅ You will also receive a $50 training bonus after completing your first 30 days of active service

We may offer guaranteed hours, part-time, or full-time roles based on your performance and client needs.
