45375918Virtual Office Administration can be defined by some business owners as total administrative support that includes everything from answering the phones to accounting services and database management.  For others, it may be clerical support from day to day.

Our VOA (Virtual Office Administration) agreement covers daily office management including calendar & task management, bookkeeping, word processing, email management, follow up phone calls, travel arrangements, telephone answering, customer service inquiries, web updates, data entry and much more!

We will even manage your current teams and projects, to keep everyone organized, on task and focused.

Because every client has a unique situation – we will develop a plan that fits your business needs. Our Virtual Office Administration monthly package can be purchased in advance hourly increments starting at 10 hours.

We also offer hourly billing at a slightly higher rate, billed every 2 weeks.

*Please note there is a minimum monthly service fee for all $150 answering service support. This means your ongoing fee is $150 every month, plus your monthly rate, overages and expenses.

Monthly Packages – Hours roll over, month to month. You are billed monthly.

  • VOA 10 – 10 Hours Per Month $32.50 per hour
  • VOA 20 – 20 Hours Per Month $30.00 per hour
  • VOA 40+ 40(or more) Hours Per Month $28.50 per hour

Hourly Packages – We also offer hourly billing at a slightly higher rate, billed every 2 weeks, $35 per hour.
