Virtual Gal Friday has dedicated virtual assistants available to  answer your phones as if they were sitting in your office with your company name — always in a professional, courteous manner.

We are not a traditional telephone answering service.

Depending on your needs and call volume you will be assigned 1 – 5 virtual assistants to work with you. Order taking and follow-up customer service calls are our specialty.

All messages are submitted via email immediately after reciept.

Using our recommended virtual phone system we can transfer calls to your location if needed.

Virtual Gal Friday provides telephone answering service for monthly clients only. This means that a signed retainer contract is required and we encourage those needing answering service assistance to also delegate more work to your assigned assistant(s).

Please note there is a minimum monthly service fee of $150 for all answering service clients. This means your ongoing fee is $150 every month and does not include actual time worked. Please note that a Monthly Package is required of all telephone answering clients.

VOA Monthly Packages – Hours roll over, month to month. You are billed monthly. Choose from 10, 20 and 30 hour monthly packages.

VOA Hourly Packages – We also offer hourly billing at a slightly higher rate, billed every 2 weeks, $35 per hour. Hourly clients are required to pay minimum of 5 hours upfront each month to keep their accounts active.
