Terms and Conditions

A signed contract will be required before work begins. When you sign our contract and pay our fees that set number of hours is reserved to work with your business. We do not work with everyone and have the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Please do not submit work or ask us to work on projects if we have NOT received your signed contract.

Billing is done based on contract start date and will vary per client – see your contract for more details. All invoices are submitted via email and can be faxed upon request.

Please review your contract for specific terms and rates as set up specific for your business relationship with our company.

Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice and is considered late 5 days from the date of the invoice. A late charge could be assessed for late payments, and work maybe put on ‘hold’ until payment is received and clears.

We accept checks, credit cards, and echecks.

* Refund Policy – since we do carry unused hours over, we do not offer refunds on services work for monthly clients. For hourly clients, there are no refunds of any kind as work has already been performed at the time you are invoiced.

Flat fee projects and webdesign work – refunds are available if work has not begun on your project, if work has begun on your project and you request a refund we cannot issue a refund. For website 123 , refunds are not available.
